Great River Associates' key project team members for the Powersite North Sanitary Sewer Improvements project are as follows:
Principal in Charge - Mel Eakins, PE
Mr. Eakins is the Principal in Charge of the Powersite North Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project. He has over 15 years experience in civil engineering including water and sewer design, civil and site design, hydraulic analysis and storm water design. Mr. Eakins has extensive experience working in Taney County. He has been project manager for numerous Taney County projects and is experienced in coordinating and working on projects that involve multiple governmental agencies, private companies, and the public.
Project Manager - Shawn Barry, PE
Mr. Barry, a professional engineer and Project Manager with Great River, specializes in project management and construction administration. Mr. Barry has extensive experience in wastewater collection and pumping system design. Mr. Barry has served as project manager on several Taney County Regional Sewer District projects including the current Ozark Beach Sanitary Sewer Improvements project which includes four pumping stations and nearly 60,000 feet of gravity line and force main.
Design Engineer - Scott Keener, EIT
Mr. Keener will serve as a design engineer for the Powersite North Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project. Mr. Keener has comprehensive experience in sanitary sewer design and construction administration. Mr. Keener has served as an onsite engineer during the construction of multiple Taney County Sewer District projects.
Design Engineer - Matt Miller, EI
Mr. Miller will serve as a design engineer for the Powersite North Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project. Mr. Miller has comprehensive experience in sanitary sewer design including contract document and plan preparation. Mr. Miller has an extensive knowledge of computer aided design software and will focus on drawing production for the project.
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Manager - Josie Bock
Ms. Bock is Great River's GIS Manager and is in charge of creating and maintaining the GIS system, including the web map, for the project. She has over twelve years experience in creating and managing GIS systems and associated databases.
Survey Project Manager - Jon Larson, PLS
Mr. Larson will serve as the survey project manager for the Powersite North Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project. Mr. Larson has over eight years of surveying and related experience in Missouri. As a Project Manager in Great River's survey department he has management, technical and field experience in boundary and topographic surveys, control, and construction staking.
