New FAQs

Thanks for the many phone calls and emails with your questions and input regarding the project.  We have updated the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) portion of this website to address the most common questions that we have received.  There was a period of time in which the 'contact us' portion of the website was not functioning properly.  Therefore, if you sent in a comment or question and have not received a response from us, please re-submit your comment or question and we will get back to you.  Thanks again for your input on this project.
